EVENT FORM
The following terms and conditions only apply with the Event forms:
By not checking, "I have read and I agree to the Terms and Conditions", on any form related to Events, your event will not be allowed to be submitted and/or your Event, along with all the information submitted with the form excluding the Event ID, may be discarded.
By checking, "I have read and I agree to the Terms and Conditions", on any Event form, you have read, understand and agree to the following:
-The information submitted, excluding the Personal Information section, may be used for, but not limited to, the website, bulletin, the welcome PowerPoint, Facebook, and other Rocky Fork Fellowship promotional uses, all of which may be viewed by anyone at any time.
-The "Personal Information" section is not completely private. The information submitted in the "Personal Information" section will be used in the Contact 1 and/or 2 Copy email. It will also be used and viewed by the Rocky Fork Fellowship Web Team and anyone the Rocky Fork Fellowship Web Team allows to access it.
-By checking the box, Use my contact information from above., I am allowing the information submitted in the Personal Information section to be used for, but not limited to, the website, bulletin, the welcome PowerPoint, Facebook, and other Rocky Fork Fellowship promotional uses, all of which may be viewed by anyone at any time.
-Any part of the information submitted in the Event form may be edited at any time for any reason without the need of anyone's permission. This includes anything uploaded within the form.
-By submitting an Event form, you allow Rocky Fork Fellowship, or a third-party, to create an image/logo representing your event.
-I do not have to be notified of any changes/additions made to information submitted.
-The Event form is simply a way of collecting and distributing event information.
